Ana graduated from San Pablo CEU University (Spain) in Physiotherapy in 2005 and then progressed to achieve a Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy for Physical Activity and Sports. She also completed a Degree in Osteopathy on 2011.

She gained orthopaedic experience from working in private and public hospitals in Madrid before moving into private practice, specialising in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.

Ana is now based in London since 2011 where she treats a wide variety of patients, from private individuals through to professional athletes. She has an excellent understanding of injuries, biomechanics and rehabilitation, and a caring and professional approach.

Ana has attended numerous postgraduate courses to develop her skills and keep updated, which include Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Mulligan Concept and Pilates.

She has a particular interest in treating sports injuries, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions (such as back/neck pain and shoulder/knee/ankle problems).

Ana is a keen marathon runner and member of the Serpentine Running Club. Her main goal is returning patients to full condition, in the quickest possible timeframe with her sporty background.

Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.
