Face to Face Consultations
Current government guidelines state that you can travel if you require medical attention. We may advise you to have a conversation or online consultation with us first to help assess what would be the most appropriate course of action.
PPE
All of our clinicians have full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). What does that mean to you? It may look intimidating but it’s to keep you safe. We may also ask you to wear a disposable face mask (which we will provide) to ensure we keep everyone safe.

Social Distancing
We now have individual waiting zones to allow you to wait for your appointment and social distance without hassle. All of our appointments are now spaced out just a little to allow thorough cleaning of rooms between appointments.
Hand Hygiene
We have hand sanitisation products located throughout the facility. We ask everyone to please use hand gel/wash hands on entry and exit. Your Physiotherapist will also wear disposable gloves during your treatment.
Go Contactless
If your insurance company is not paying the bill then you can pay via our contactless terminal.
Patient Screening
Remember you cannot attend an appointment in person if you have a temperature >37.8°C or a new persistent cough. We ask all our clients attending appointments to switch to an online consultation if there is any doubt.
