I came here in November 2012 with my feet in a desperate condition; I had been prescribed totally inappropriate creams etc for a serious foot infection by my GP and was in some pain. Mercifully I was recommended by my sister to come here; in short Joseph gave me my life back- he managed the situation quite brilliantly, I cannot thank him enough. Thanks to Joseph I am now back to my daily “fix” of swimming in cold water at Parliament Hill Lido. Magical!
