Tommaso Luccarini

BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, BSc (Hons) Osteopathy, MCSP, HCPC Registered

Tommaso graduated in 2010 in Physiotherapy from the University of Brescia, Italy. Tommaso started his career in private clinics, treating patients with musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, respiratory and neurological conditions. He then gained experience in different private practices, focusing his interests in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, post-surgical and conservative rehabilitation and sports injuries management.

Showing a strong interest in manual therapy and the global conception of the human body, Tommaso then graduated as an Osteopath in 2016 at the International College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM) in Milan, Italy. This enabled him to develop a ‘hands-on’ approach together with an accurate postural assessment, in order to have the most holistic approach to finding and treating the patients’ dysfunctions.

Tommaso’s primary focus is creating a strong relationship with patients, making sure they are fully aware of what their condition is and how it will be treated. He believes that the best way for his patients to recover is through manual therapy and active rehabilitation, instructing patients with safe and effective post-treatment exercises and lifestyle, allowing them to get back to normal daily life and sports activities.

His passion for sport and working in a team brought him to work with elite football and basketball teams, and also to work closely with runners, triathletes, cyclists and tennis players.

Always keen to learn more and to progress his career, Tommaso is planning to enrol onto a clinical pilates course which, when completed, he will be able to incorporate into his physiotherapy treatments.

Tommaso is also fluent in Italian and Spanish.
