This Lumbar back-support is essential to put in the small of the back in the car or sitting in an upright chair at home/office because it keeps your lower back supported whilst sitting and your head balancing on the rest of your spine. This keeps your back in that all important 's' shape. In the car you should be sitting upright with the back-support at right angles to the seat and the seat parallel to the floor. The lumbar back
