Policy

When calling to make a home visit appointment (physiotherapy/ osteopathy/ chiropody/ podiatry), our receptionist will book you in for an hour slot, which includes 30mins appointment and 30mins for travelling to and from the clinic. Therefore, if you book an appointment for instance at 3pm the practitioner will leave the clinic at that time and should be with you within 15mins (depending on the distance from the clinic).

At the time of the arrival the practitioner will ask you to fill in a personal details form, will ask you questions regarding your presenting complaint(s) and will also carry out an evaluation to find out what is the best course of treatment according to the findings. Last but not least, the practitioner will spend the rest of the time available giving you the treatment you require. This is the routine for the first appointment. During the follow-up appointments the practitioner will just carry out the treatment unless there is a different presenting complaint.

For our fees please see the Price List page. For all home visits, payment must be made before the appointment. Payment can be made over the phone, by cash or bank transfer.
